National Youth Sports Safety Month
During the spring and summer, children will engage in many sports. From soccer, volleyball, and track, to rollerblading and riding a bike, children must always protect themselves. When participating in these sports, always have the proper clothing and shoes, and make sure to stretch to prevent injuries. Below you will find a few safety tips to ensure you have an injury free spring and summer.

· Baseball and Softball
o Use a batting helmet with facemask
o Cleats

o Elbow guards
o Cup (for boys)
o Shin guards (Catchers)
· Soccer
